Beer Festival

A huge 'thank you' to everyone who came to the Princess Pavilion and helped make the Cornwall CAMRA real beer and cider festival another tremendous sell-out success. Over 4000 of you came and got through no fewer than 21,000 pints of the good stuff (and a few of some evil stuff too!). And of course, enjoying yourselves to the full and finally disappearing into the night in good humour and with no unpleasantness (no such thing as a real ale lout!). It has encoureged us to go for it again next year, so see under CAMRA Beer Festivals for a few more dates for the diary.
The blind tastings this year involved a team of hard-working tasters working their way through 180 different brews to find the winners of the Beers of the Festival competition. The results are presented below:
